Great Thai food. Best Thai food around – convenient location and
The last time I ate here I had a nice experience. Today, the waitperson did not introduce herself. She approached us and said: are you ready to order? Neither friendly not rude. We never received a booster seat for our son, never received extra lemons nor did the waitress ever check on us once. The noodles were rubbery on the Phad Thai and the Fried Rice was plain and unflavorful.
Quite possibly my favorite restaurant ever. Attentive, knowledgeable service is just the beginning at this busy but tranquil spot. Each dish is individually, freshly crafted from quality ingredients. If you have any specific requests, they will be handled graciously, and your meal will be great.Each dish is subtly and expertly seasoned and cooked perfectly. Expect top-quality seafood and vibrant vegetables, flavorful meats and chicken. Dishes are available with tofu, but I haven’t had any yet as I try to systematically eat my way through the menu.The prices are ridiculously low for the quality, amount and service: about $8-10 per entree. Half-orders of their fabulous soups are available, but get a whole order and take it home……Their hot and sour is the best I’ve had since my Mom’s.
Ok …. The truth… I live here locally and I have visited 8 Thai places around auburn , federal way, kent, Tukwila , etc and Simply Thai has the best curry (my fav is panang) anywhere! For real. !!!!!
Their fried rice is yummy… balanced and seasoned just right. Definitely glad I was reccommeded this place

Wonderful!. Simply Thai always meets my expectations. Whenever I am craving Thai, I know I can go to Simply Thai and have fabulous food, great service, and not spend too much. I highly recommend it!
