This is my must visit place on my every trip to Seattle. Being a vegetarian the options are limited but the ones you get are good. The peanut sauce is amazing. The veg spring rolls is good. The pad Thai was good. And so was the Penang curry with veggies. Must try for the Thai lovers !!!
I have been going here for years and while there are times when it feels like a new cook took over the kitchen, overall the quality of the dishes are always spot-on! I love love love the Millennium Fried Rice and have tried to find something like it in nearby Renton, Kent, Bellevue and NO ONE does it quite like Simply Thai. So, I’ll be a loyal patron until the end.
