I was really excited that we have a snow cream place in Seattle.Snow cream is flavored shaved ice, with lighter texture and mouthfeel than ice cream but much more creamier than regular shaved ice.I was having high hopes for Caf O Dessert, but was disappointed.We had mango flavor and sweet milk, original flavor. The milk flavor was quite good but there was no mango flavor in the mango one at all. Both were a little gummy in texture, as if the mix was not evenly frozen. Topping was fresh blueberries, strawberries and mangoes at $7.We went to Caf O Dessert solely for snow ice, and they do serve other Chinese desserts and food. doofniks.com
