Delfino’s pizza is a chicago style of pizza which located in university district near University of Washington. This shopping center is quite neat and very organize, compare to other shopping center in Seattle area. The service is quite slow, i waited for 35 mins for my pizza to come. I ordered 1 large and deep Eric’s meat masterpiece which looks like a meatlover from pizza hut back in my country and 1 caesar salad for starter. I praised their caesar salad, not too salty, not too much cheese flavors in the mix, compared to other caesar salad i’ve eaten during my trip in usa. After a long wait, finally a cheesy and hot pizza came, the mozzarella cheese so many, melted, over the steamy yet crispy edge of the bread underneath with a lots of meat topping. For small eater like me, 2 slice of pizzas is more than enough. The spending of 4 of us is around 60 $.

Have been here a couple times, and it’s pretty much the only place I have found that serves a REAL deep dish pizza. On the most recent visit a couple weeks ago there was something going on in the kitchen that caused a huge delay in getting our order completed, so the server was gracious enough to give us a free appetizer to tide us over. Good pizza with good customer service is great way to keep people coming back
Save your money.. Delfino’s is way over priced for what you get. Pizza hut is compatible with this pizza. The wait is long. Better place to spend your money.
I ordered a stuffed pizza which took like 35 mintues(reasonable). It was pretty good. Its filling are mushroom, cheese, tomato, green pepper, celery , etc. The crust on the side was crispy, but not the bottom. The pizza should had kept in the oven longer.I have also ordered a delfino special salad. I like it. I think it’s way better than the cascer salad!
It’s not Edwardo’s (my personal favorite). But it is good. Skip the overpriced salads, appetizers and soups. Just eat the pizza.
The thin crusts are simply good, the stuffed ones are excelent. The stuffed spinach is probably the best pizza I have ever tried. I have been away from Seattle for a few year, I wish they had overseas delivery. Yes, the wait is long but definitely worth it.
