Nice catch!. I came across this food truck at the Washington Brewers Festival last weekend.The service was quite good and fast.The fish, 3 nice size pieces of Cod, had a nice crispy and flakey coating of beer batter on them. The fish did seem a tad bit overcooked but it was quite tasty.There needed to be a few more chips (just a few waffle cut fries in the basket).My wife said that the tartar sauce was some of the best she has had and she is a bit of a fish and chips snob. I would go to this food truck again. Believe me, I’ve had much worse fish and chips in restaurants I have eaten in.You can track them on their website to see what their location for the day is.(Pictures are posted of this meal.)
