Pollo Loco. I LOVE the pollo loco. What a great value for the lunch menu! I like their flour tortillas as well. They taste fresh. Overall it seems to be a good value for what you get. Others I’ve spoken to have liked the meals they’ve eaten here as well.
Impressive Hustle…. A well-oiled Mex machine. I was proud to watch all the uniformed staff busting their arses on a packed Friday night. Every motion was with purpose, yet still smiling and treating all the customers great. One young busser, while cleaning two booths from us, found the previous patrons expensive smart phone, and hightailed it outside and got it back to her. I gave him a, ‘you da man’ point and nod when he got back to his work, and he just smiled. The food was Central Washington spectacular–as usual–and their margaritas were citrusy delicioso. You can’t go wrong with Mex in this part of the state. Ever…
