The timings of this place is crucial to note. As soon as you enter this place, you will be taken to France. The paintings, posters, graffiti on the walls and the smell do their magic to take you from Seattle to a European town. This place has a wide selection – ranging from sandwiches, pastries, cakes, croissants, and different types of coffees. I havent tried everything but all the desserts i have tried, they were good but not the best I have ever tried. I take a lot of my friends from out of town here and they love this place because of the variety and ambience.
My favorite bakery in west seattle! Everything I try here is just simply delicious- be it savory or sweet. The twice baked chocolate croissant is so addicting. I always order birthday cakes here because it’s so good and always seems to be a hit.
Twice baked almond croissant is the best I’ve ever had. Been there multiple times and it lives up to my expectation each time. This is one of my favorite pastries in America!
This is one of the top three bakeries we visit. Excellent all around from the sandwiches, pastries, cakes. Fresh, made from scratch, quality ingredients. Authentic and expertly made. There’s a line and it moves fast! I just wish there’s more seating. I don’t want to have to worry where I’m going sit down and eat my goodies! I’m glad we live far away and only visit rarely because I won’t be able to demonstrate self control.
I personally live this place. Be it for breakfast or lunch. We tried several pastries and pizza. All were fresh and really tasty. The coffee was like europe (which is really hard to find in the Northwest). Overall great experience azevedofoodie.com
Consistently delicious and gorgeous presentation. Well staffed and efficient considering the long lines on the weekends. Don’t miss the pizzas or double baked almond croissants.
Like the bakery but not one of your employee. I go to bakery nouveau often for birthday’s cake , twice baked almond croissant, ham and cheese and apple Danish. The twice baked almond croissant it’s my favorite, my family favorite and my coworker favorite . But one thing I don’t like is the African American employee is very rude to me.
