Good, Thai Fusion. We went here for a late lunch. I was hesitant because of the slightly modern menu and higher prices. But my uneasiness quickly diminished. We started with spring rolls, and split the Tom Yum Nam Kon (enough for 3 people) and crispy pork salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was excellent. The waitresses rotated coming by to refill our water, bring drinks, and remove empty plates. The Lemon Drop martini and Big Bang Cosmo were great drinks. As the dinner crowd approached, the place got busier and busier, yet we were never rushed to leave. I would heartily return for the lunch menu.
Worst food ever!!. Thought with the elevated prices the food would hold up, unfortunately I was deeply disappointed in the food served there. The service was just as disappointing. Sorry just because your father owns the establishment doesn’t mean you can treat your patrons like second class citizens!!!
HORRIBLE. I must admit, I do not write reviews for restaurants, as I used to work in them, and I know that the work is difficult, and often with little pay. However, for Bang Bar, I am compelled. This is the worst Thai food I have ever suffered though. The first time I ordered the Phad Kee Mao, awful, couldnt even finish it, no spices, no flavor, just greasy oil and flaccid noodles with spongy beef. The next time I ordered the Phad Thai. How could I go wrong? High fructose sweet with no other flavors. And, yes I counted them: 3 small pieces of chicken. As these were both to go orders I didnt complain or try to get my money back, but now Im angry. I really feel ripped off. I guess they are making so much money off of booze they dont give a rats arse about food. Stay away at all costs.
Yum. Our party of 7 adults and two kids went for dinner. We had delicious food and fine service. I am ready to go again soon.
Bad experience. They forgot my entree and then chey charged a mandatory gratuity. Food that was delivered to the table to the other guests was over peppered. Never apologized for the missed entree, and ignored the rest of the table for the remainder of the evening. Just moved to West Seattle and will not go back.
Food was delicious! Best Thai I’ve had. Service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and very romantic. I highly recommend stopping in
