Family of 4, had dinner after booking a table on the same day. Place was very busy, seems to be quite popular. Having been to Thailand myself I can only say that the food had all the flavours I remembered from south east Asia. Chicken Satee, Garlic chicken and Prawn+pineapple curry stood out. Portions were very generous and service was good too. We loved it!
All about the Crispy Garlic Chicken. Living in West Seattle, I’ve tried every Thai restaurant this side of the West Seattle Bridge. While others are passable and in a more convenient location for me to dine. My heart belongs to Buddha Ruksa. It’s small- I’ll call it cozy. It would be a great place for a date, but I’ve only been there with my kids. Order the Crispy Garlic Chicken. There will never be any to take home, it’s a dish that is mandatory for my family. The sticky rice is another item that is always present on our table. Take out is not the same experience, it’s the waiting that can be uncomfortable since it is a small place. Dine in and it feels intimate, pick up and you feel like a bull in a china shop!
