We loved it. Lots of flavor. West Seattle is happening! Cool restaurant looks like Morocco, except without the panhandlers. They change the menu quarterly.

My wife and I were a few minutes early for an engagement we were attending and decided to stop in for a quick drink. We entered and the place was empty except for two people sitting at the bar. We sat at a high top table and immediately the bartender asked us to sit somewhere else because they were saving those tables for parties of 4. He wasn’t pleasant about it, it bordered on rude. We moved to a lower two person table. The waitress walked up and asked me to slide closer to the table because I was partially blocking the aisle. I’m not the one that put a table where the chair stuck out in the walkway, they did that. She was also snotty in how she asked. Keep in mind this place was empty. We got up and walked out. I’ve never taken the time to write a review and I am very forgiving of poor service but this was a level of rude I’ve never experienced at a restaurant. Take your business elsewhere, there are too many great establishments in W Seattle to give places like this your business.

Superior palates are behind the exceptional flavors in Itto’s real tapas. The herbs and spices on the brochette of Lamb Kefte triggered a new, savory addiction. I wanted to lick the pomegranate gastrique off the plate of Ras Lhanout. The demi and truffle infused oil on the beef tenderloin was sensational. They’ve even managed to make superior bread in-house. Anchovy on the Basque Eggs was delicately rich. Candied sage, sage aioli, and smoked paprika oil on the Charmoula Prawns were pure genius. The music and visual artistry of this carefully designed space combine with expertly executed, authentic Moroccan and Spanish flavors.
