Used to be a decent place for chicken.. Went to this QFC today for the last time.. The floor was covered in grease (could literally feel my shoes sliding). On the counter containers with plastic utensils were filthy. Waited at the counter for five minutes and no one showed up to help me.. By this time I had a good chance to look around and was pretty disgusted. Finally gave up and as I was pulling out of the parking lot saw the staff in the parking lot smoking a cigarette!! Don’t suppose one of them could stay inside to assist customers?Sadly I used to love this location. The staff was friendly with efficient service and the place was clean.

Took the ex crispy and it was like it had sat under the heat lamp all day. Just a bunch of burnt breading and some extra dry slivers of something.Another time no biscuits. Tonight no ingredients left for their chicken littles. THEY ADVERTISE THEM LIKE CRAZY BUT WHEN YOU GO TO BUY THEM THEY DON’T HAVE ANY. IVE NEVER BEEN TOANOTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANT WHERE THEY RUN OUT OF THEIR MAIN INGREDIENT. THEY ARE A CHICKEN RESTAURANT AND THEY DON’THAVE CHICKEN!TOO BAD. THEY ARE IN A GREAT SPOT, BUT THEY LOSE BUSINESS BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT YOU ORDER, ITS LIKE THE STAFF THERE IS TRAINED TO SAY, SORRY, WE DON’T HAVE IT. I HOPE THE FRANCHISE OWNER READS THIS. YOU ARE HORRIBLE. YOU ARE LOSING A LOT OF CUSTOMERS. READ THE REVIEWS ABOVE. I GAVE YOU GUYS A LOT OF CHANCES BUT THE 10+ TIMES I’VE BEEN THERE I’VE ALWAYS BEEN REMINDED YOU’RE OUT. OF SOMETHING AFTER I’VE PAID. I ALWAYS CAME HERE BECAUSE IT Was convenient. Now it’s more convenient to drive all the way to burien because you can actuall order anything off their menu. WORST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD. KEEP IT UP OWNER. YOULL GO FAR
