La Rustica is a gem in Seattle and the go-to Italian place for West Seattleites. Charming, romantic, and excellent food and wine. Can be a bit noisy and crowded on weekend nights. They don’t take reservations, so be prepared to wait, especially in summer.
We were looking for a pasta place in Seattle and we stumbled upon La Rustic. One thing I have about this place is the owner charges for sharing a dishes, kudos to our great server for waving that off, you deserve that tip. Now food wise, we got baked oyster and an carbonara to share. Oyster was a good price and flavourful, pasta on the other hand could be more authentic, the gf enjoyed it though. Complementary bread that they serve was a star!
