Lee’s Asian has been a lifesaver when I want takeout… and I want it to taste good…. and I want it to be from West Seattle.Honey Walnut Prawns are addictive, sometimes too saucy… but that’s what rice is for, right? I like that they have a variety of Asian dishes rather than JUST Chinese or Thai. I like options. It’s usually full in the dining room and there’s always the rustle of bags being filled for takeout. It’s a well loved spot in West Seattle for a reason. It’s delicious!
A new Go-to. Gave it a try based on the reviews here…the dilapidated store front was something we’d walked past many times. It was a Friday night and the palace was packed…Service was disjointed and slow, but in a charming kind of way, don’t come here in a hurry…come here hungry for good food! The simple Rice soup was delicious, and the hot and sour soup was very food. The duck entre was fantastic, and arrived quickly…for whatever reason the General Tsao’s chicken took a very long time, but was excellent. The what staff apologized and said the kitchen was short handed…with food this good, the service and the appearance are part of the charm.
