I’ve always driven by and have never tried this place out. I read up on the history and found out Luna Park used to be an amusement type park in West Seattle, but was closed down after some scandals.The decor is fun and cute and reminiscent of an old diner. The food is traditional American fares, I got a burger and orange soda, the portions are huge and the staff iseclectic and friendly.Great place to stop if you are trying to get away from the Alki shuffle. mounivong.blogspot.com
Had a less than stellar meal here last night. The quality of the food was good, as usual, but the service was not really acceptable. Plus, I thought I ordered one thing and got something else, and the waitress insisted that’s what I had ordered. I didn’t want to argue so just accepted it, but how do you prove it? There’s one amazing waitress there who I’d like to have every time I go, but if she’s not there things seem to… Slip. Disappointing…
