Great!. Delivery was fast and online ordering was easy. One minor thing, whoever put our order together didn’t label the containers, it would have made figuring out what was what a lot easier! Nonetheless, tasty Indian fare and ample portions. As a note, an order of rice comes in a quart container, so be aware and don’t over-order like we did!
The buffet here is $9 and delicious. I am stunned by some of the negative reviews. Service is awesome, restaurant is absolutely spotless. It might be the cleanest place I’ve ever been. The goat curry might have converted me to eating goat forever. If you haven’t been here, you gotta try it. Buffet runs from 11:30-2:30 every day.
Food is great, service is just ok.
Bad Food. This is my second review in case the first didn’t go through. The food is inedible, and I love Indian food. What a waste of money. I guess if you go, order the buffet. Don’t waste your money on the menu even with a coupon. Very filling (in a bad way) and bloating. Oh, and tasteless.05 May, 2011Horrible Food. The vindaloo tastes like tomato paste and the biryani tastes like mushy yellow rice. I wasted $25 (after a coupon) for garbage that I couldn’t eat.Don’t waste your money.
Great Place & Great Food. We wondered in here, not knowing anything about it, one Sunday afternoon, with two 6 year olds. The Indian buffet was fantastic! Lots of choices, with yummy selections for both meat eaters and vegetarians. However, they were also able to deliver great chicken tenders and fries to the two (typically picky) 6 year olds, who were extremely happy with their meals.Very good prices too. I only wish they were located in Ballard, but I’ll have to visit next time we spend a day at Alki.
Terrible. This was probably the worst Indian food I have eaten. The food was cold, the buffet had no variety and what was there was simply tasteless. The gravy was mostly water and the chicken dishes had no chicken. I cannot imagine a restaurant would dare to serve food like this.
This place is the bomb! The samosas and the vegetable korma are my favorites but everything else I’ve tried has been delicious too.
