Dont understand the poor reviews re: customer service. I live nearby and often grab a couple of fish tacos on busy work days. The service has always been excellent. Theres a sweet woman behind the counter who always gives me a sweet smile and prepares my meal quickly.
Bad Customer Service. On 12/15/2013 between 6:30PM to 7:15PM. My children wanted to eat sushi but I suggested on going to Taco Delmar for they have not eaten there before. This is their first experience that they will never forget!! One of the lady that work there at your West Seattle Location. She was rude and was not very helpful to the child need when he was asking her what a mando or mandito. The lady was rolling her eyes at us and the tone of her voice was unpleasant toward us. Please! You need to teach you worker to have more patient toward customer that want to know what they are ordering. Rude customer service will not bring customer back! For that we won’t eat there again.
Never thought I would say this, but this place makes taco bell look like a fancy Mexican restaraunt. Service is terrible too. I would rather vomit into a tortilla and eat it over this 🙁
