Karoake is King. I would never come here to sit down and eat a meal. This place is not for eating… it’s for singing! The bar is probably the most packed bar in West Seattle on any given night. It’s fun, and the drinks are not too shabby. If one must order food do it in the bar and share it with your hungry drunk friends.
Horrible food, horrible service!!. Worst Chinese food I’ve had in years! Ordered delivery, food was cold, poorly prepared, and tasted bad. Took over an hour and a half to deliver! Called to complain, lady on phone was yelling at me, very rude and could barely speak English. Do not eat here!
Bad Chinese. This use to be OK Chinese delivery for those days you’re too lazy to go out but now its gone down hill. Your food will take over an hour to get to you and it’s typically cold and they could careless about it. Don’t bother wasting your time or money ordering anything from here because you will be disappointed. The bar is divey in every sense of the word and if you like Karaoke they have it every night of the week, go for the ‘raoke but don’t order anything you eat you may regret it in a few hours.
I own a cot…. So personally I’m not a huge fan of the food. Some people enjoy it. It is pretty mainstream chinese food. There are several places close by that are excellent. (Eg. Mission) HOWEVER, if you want to have fun this is by far the best dive bar karaoke place in the sound. (And I think I’ve visited most!) Just the right amount of intimacy vs space. Unpretentious. Good hosts. Real characters at the bar. Drinks are decently strong. Toni makes a AMF that is to die for. A trifle long to wait when things are busy since they only have one bartender even on Friday. (Why Wendy? Why?) It isn’t a posh place and it may seem a little shadowy at first blush, but it is plenty safe. Karaoke is supposed to start at 9. All depends on whether the game is still on, who the host is, etc. On a Friday you better be there by 8:30 if you want a table. The booth by the DJ is reserved for me and my gal. 😉 You are welcome to stop by and sit with us as long as you have showered that day and want to have fun. Other nights I’d say things start to warm up more like 9:45…
The Spot!. If you want to get drunk for under $20, and sing some karaoke while you’re at it this is the place
2 Hour Wait for Mediocre Food!. I can only say that we will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. Our food took 2 hours to be delivered after being quoted 40-60 minutes. When we called to check the status after a little more than an hour we were told it was coming. The second time we called to complain after an hour and half we asked for a discount and were told no and that our food was coming. At two hours we called again and the manager was curt, and said she would check her caller ID to verify whether or not we were telling the truth. She called back 15 minutes later, was rude and argumentative and told us we had only place our order an hour before. The food was fair, but it is obvious this restaurant does not know anything about customer service. Beware!
