Simply awful. Over the years we have periodically ordered take out from this restaurant and have been relatively pleased until recently. The last couple of times it had greatly gone down hill and we commented that it was time to change teriyaki places. However today, with unexpected plumbing problems, was not the time to seek out a new one. Unfortunately with so much else going on for us the food was so awful it was barely edible and neither my husband nor I could get through very much of it. Both the rice and teriyaki chicken were so dry we are convinced it was cooked yesterday. Also, they generally include extra little containers of the sauce ~ today when it was so desperately needed there was nothing, as well as not a drop of extra sauce on the chicken. If we had not been in the middle of such a big plumbing/water mess we would have taken the time to return to the restaurant to both return the food and seek a refund. We will now start on our quest for a new teriyaki restaurant in West Seattle

Most importantly, my kids like it *and* I like it! It makes a great spur of the moment place to call ahead, say on the way to the pool.
Big Portions, Nice Staff. This place looks like where you’d go for hang-over food or to eat in peace and obscurity with the barren interior and dance hall sized open space. Kitchen’s in the back so you informally order and the friendly staff hustle it out to your table. We have a fondness for the beef & scallion dish but last time it was a tad sweet. The prices are right, portions are massive and the staff are cool.
