Very Good Thin Crust Pizza. Cicchitti’s Pizza (the restaurant) closed a couple of years ago, and we never got a chance to try it. Ive been waiting for the Cicchittis food trailer to cross my path, and today was my lucky day. We took our dog to Dog Days of Summer at Lake Padden, and there it was! I got a slice of the red pepper and onion pizza, and my wife had the mushroom and olive slice. The dog got stiffed. Actually, she got tons of free dog treats from the vendors, plus a couple of frisbees and a tennis ball! We liked the pizza a lot. Thin crust, with a nice consistency- light and a little flaky- both pizzas were fine examples of the thin-crust variety. Nothing fancy here. Just good basic thin crust pizza.
