The positive media reviews given to Infusion Cuisine are well-deserved.I have eaten here several times since then – lunch and dinner. The food’s been good on every occasion, and last night’s Kung Pao chicken was no exception.Fresh ingredients, properly seasoned, neatly served.
Creamy Pistachio!. The Penne Creamy Pistachio Pesto with Chicken was TO DIE FOR! I can honestly say that that this was about the best pasta I think I’ve had in very long time. We’ll definitely be eating here again!
Great Food, Great Atmosphere. Really good food, great service, great atmospere! Not a ton of options on the menu, but something for everyone. Everything our group tried (carne asada, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken) was excellent. The spring rolls were VERY, VERY good!!
An Interesting Little Restaurant. Infusion Cuisine is an interesting little restaurant. It features food from three different cuisines: Mexican, Asian and Italian. We gave it a try recently and it has promise, but with so many cuisines its hard to evaluate on one visit. We decided to try the Mexican side of the menu. My wife had the Carne Asada and I had the Chile Relleno. We shared the Chicken Quesadillas for an appetizer. The appetizer was excellent. The Carne Asada was good, but the marinade was different compared to most Mexican restaurants (not bad, just different) and the meat didnt have any char on it. My wife didnt like her first taste, but ended up eating it all (except for the two bites I stole from her), and the serving size was generous (see picture). Shes not a big meat eater, so that says something positive about this dish. My two bites were very good. The beef was very tender and tasty, although I did miss that char. My Chile Relleno was a poblano chile (as it should be) stuffed with cotija cheese and topped with a very mild sauce. It was a bit soggy (not greasy). This was probably due to too much sauce, which also didnt have enough spice to suit my pallet. The refried beans were very good, as was the guacamole, but the rice was a little too wet. So, overall I would vote neutral, except that we dont have that option, so Ill just not vote for now.One warning: The online menu is not accurate at all. Two of the three dishes we intended to order were not on the real menu. One of the owners profusely apologized for this, but this place has been open several months, so they need to get their act together. The online menu is pretty small, the real one is much smaller. Another thing: If you order Mexican like we did, youll not get the free chips and salsa that a traditional Mexican restaurant would serve gratis. Well be back to sample the other cuisines, but Im going to call ahead to see whats on the real menu.Give it a try! They seem like nice people and the food has promise.
