Interesting take on a classic burger with almost all organic, scratch made, or island sourced ingredients. When you take all that into account, it’s easy to see why it might be a little more than you would originally think. The meat was pretty dang tasty, but the best part of the Sauseburger? The roll. Hands down the best textural compliment to the burger. I know that observation might be a little high society, but seriously I really enjoyed that aspect of my meal.
