Stopped in just for a bubble tea and it was decent. Not happy they charge a $0.50 extra for paying with a card under $10. The taro smoothie bubble tea was a bit chalky, could have been blended more. I he food looked tasty from what I saw of other patrons meals. I think I will go back and give it a try. It also looked fairly priced for the medium sized portions.
Reminds me of Taipei. One of two nice, cheap Taiwanese restaurants in the international district. They have a good sized menu which includes many traditional Taiwanese favorites including beef stew, pork bao, braised pork over rice, shaved ice and xiao long bao.
