Loved it. Instant favorite. Came here for dinner and enjoyed the cool furniture, energetic vibe, super nice staff, delicious soups, amazing noodles, and intoxicatingly fragrent sauce served with the scallion pancake. Freshly pulled noodles were light and long like my run-on sentences. I could eat that soup every day. Both the beef noodle and pickled veg w/ pork noodle soup broths were perfectly balanced and tasted as great as my own homemade bone based stocks but with added depth of flavor from dried and fresh herbs. Cant wait to return with more friends and coworkers.
LOVE these Noodles!. Went here on the recommendation of a friend’s mother. I expected tasty, but standard, flavors. For the most part, I got what I expected…except that the flavors were better and pretty amazing. I fell in love with the food I ordered and will absolutely be returning.Plus, every so often, you get to watch them Pull noodles by hand in the window. That is always fascinating.
