What a scam. The Happy Hour specials are all bait and switch ripoffs. Absolute cocktails $5.00, well on the rocks that is not a cocktail… it is $7.00. weak watered pours, Food took forever and came out cold and soggy, (fish tacos) Bartender had an attitude of F you, I don’t care what it says on the menu I will tell you how it works. Will not be here again

Excellent service. We enjoyed dinner while traveling thru town. Hostess seated us in closest booth available which was great since grandmother walks with a cane. Didn’t even need to ask. Food was hot and delicious and they even made fresh bread when asked for a roll. The only complaint would be the crutons at the garden bar were stale.
Great Service and Consistently Good Food. Some Ruby Tuesday’s are better than others and this is one of the better ones, particulary for a traveler. After getting up at 3:00 am and driving 4 hours to catch the sunrise in the New River Gourge on Camera, by the time lunch rolled around, I was tired and very hungry.Stopeed for lunch at Ruby Tuesday’s and it was a very pleasant experience for a tired traveler. The coffee was great, the salad bar and the burgers were very good and cooked just right ( most Ruby Tuesdays overcook the food) and the service outstanding.Nothing particular to say about the atmosphere because being part of a chain, there is really nothing to set one apart from another. What sets this one apart is the service and the attentive service.
Sorry ruby…frozen fries, dry chicken, and the salad bar was missing it’s usual zing. I don’t know why but this was not my favorite Ruby Tuesdays and that’s a shame because there isn’t much else around here.
