Disappointed. I use to be an avid Buckhannon Pizza Hut fan. Unfortunatley, the last several times, mostly takeout, thier service has disappointed to a point I have not returned. The most frequent excuse for an order not being ready…the cooks did not see all the order. A simple pizza pickup (ordered called in) lasted 60 minutes, a pasta pick-up lasted 30 minutes and still was not correct when I got home. The worst part, the store manager was present, but never an apology or an offer made to comp or discount the order. Also, the store, when eating in always appears dirty. Tables not cleaned of plates, food on floor around the salad bar, etc. Service is really hurting this location.
