This place sucks. Honestly. I was STUCK in the drive thru for 25 minutes!!!! Ridiculous!!! And their food doesn’t even taste like Dairy Queen!! I’ve given this place a few tries but it NEVER GETS BETTER. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where’s the Service?. I have been here a couple of times for lunch now, and it won’t be a mistake I keep making. The food is typical Dairy Queen, but the service is TERRIBLE! One visit, ate my lunch, went back for ice cream and it took them 30 minutes. The girl taking orders wasn’t pushing food out, just taking orders which lead to them being backed up and overwhelmed. Other times, I have witnessed what appeared to a manager with a child on her hip walking around the food prep area while this small child touched and grabbed for items. I will not be going back.
Have had more then one horrible experience here, watching an employee sweat profusely while preparing my food, knowing where it was ending up. Have seen employees scratch their selves only to prepare your order afterwards, to many hygiene concerns at this establishment.
I’ve given this place quite a few tries & everytime something isn’t correct just one example. Ordered 4 burgers and when I got it home I find that 2 not 1 but 2 of the burgers didn’t even have the meat on them (WTF)but the bad part about it when I go back the person acts like I’m lying about it and has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE
