Worst red lobster I’ve ever been to, I decided this a long time ago but tried to test my luck and found that it’s still terrible. The only thing I enjoyed were the biscuits.
Mixed review. In all fairness, I love Red Lobster. There are times I go and get horrible service and other times I go and get GREAT service. Same with the food, sometimes it’s over cooked and others it’s awesome. I won’t give up on this place, but the manager needs to start watching his/her staff a little closer.
Extremely slow service. Food is overcooked and dried out. Waiter was extremely slow. Took ten minutes after taking our order to being out drinks and bread then took another fifteen minutes to bring salads. Refills? Fuggedaboudit. All this on Sunday afternoon after church and they are just about dead. Makes you wonder if they are about to close down.
The hostess was less than friendly. Waitress on the other hand was doing a good job with it only being her 3rd day. Place was busy. Food is consistently good.
Another corporate machine. I have had dinner here twice, and both times i was VERY unsatisfied. The seafood was over cooked and over salted, the place was dirty, run down, and poorly staffed. I went looking for an open table on the bar side and found ALL of the tables had not been bussed and their was gobs of eaten food just laying naked on the bar- totally grossed me out.I will not be going back there again, nor can I recommend.
Take Five……………………… This experience was quite interesting to be honest. The people at the door seemed to be quite clueless. When I asked them to put my name down on the list they looked at me as if I had said something innapropriate. I waited for about atotal of ten minutes and then I was seated. I got a corner seat, andI liked it there. Now when my server came, he took my drink selection and my appatiser. Which came with a salad. He was gone at least twenty minutes and arrived with my salad. I began to eat it and I happened to look over at the dishes pileing up, and soon enough I couldn’t see the people sitting a couuple feet away from me. My glass had no water in it at all and I had not seen my waitor in at least a half hour. I began to wonder could he have fallen in the lobster tank, got a little to curious and fell in. In all seriousness I have never been able to finish my salad before my food came. Well I guess there is afirst time for everthing. My food finaly came after some serious prayer, whoo i’ve never felt so releaved when he re filled my glass. Now the food was good, can’t really complain to much but my scollops wrapped in bacon was charcoled to a pulp. I hope you like your bacon well done is all I can say. Trying to catch my waitor was like trying to stop a race car driver on the last lap. He didn’t slow down for nothing. I’d never been so happy to pay the bill, when it finally came ………………………………………….
I am a big fan of Red Lobster. It isn’t a place to go for fine dining, but it is a good, solid, quality restaurant. Overall I recommend it.
