Much better and nicer than BW3.

Great chips and fried pickles.May 2017Still love the wings and the wedge salad. I will agree with most of the reviews that they are slow. We always give ourselves 30 min more than normal. That does not happen at other rooster. Next time I go I will watch the times and see if they have improved.
One and only experience. My wife and I went there for lunch yesterday. Were asked to seat ourselves, waited at least 20-30 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order, then another 20 minutes to place a food order. We then waited almost an hour and never had anyone come to our table, went to the kitchen window and asked about it, they sent a manager to our table and she said the food would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the food arrives, the wings were cold, dry and swimming in grease, the fries were cold and stale, then the refill on my coke turne dout to be tea( which i stongly dislike). This was my 1st experience with Roosters and I will never return.
Worse as time goes on. The food has never been good; the service is the worst in the town and continues to get worse over time. I recommended avoiding at all costs.
Our go-to place for a quick meal. The food is like any BW3’s or wing place, as is the atmosphere. We have a discount card and like to go in here and have a beer and snack before the movies. Very conveniently located.
The food is just OK. Just stuck in the middle not good/not bad mediocre food. Service wasn’t good once, wasn’t bad once. Wasn’t impressive enough to give another chance!!!
Terrible, absolutely terrible. I just got back from eating there and to tell you te truth, I AM NOT happy at all. The service was terrible, our waitress was rude and when we got our food, it was wrong. When we told the lady about the mix up she was rude and refused to do anything about it. Normally when you get someone’s order wrong at a restaurant you give them the food they originally ordered and don’t add the food you’ve already gotten onto your bill. Not to mention that when I was paying she was very rude about handling my money & was rude when I asked her for the change. There was also someone puking in the bathroom and no one even bothered to help, or clean it up. The food was okay, but I refuse to go back. This experience was absolutely horrible.
