Too much drama with the homeless people. Drinks are good when the place isn’t full of kids trying to make it an ice cream shop.
Sad, just sad. Though probably the nations number one coffee house it is sad that they have grown to the point that their employees know so little about a PROPER shot of espresso. They have NO idea of how old their beans are, they ALWAYS over roast their beens EXCEPT for their Pike Place blend and use an espresso machine that a trained monkey can operate. How long should a PROPER shot be? They don’t know.The MASSES have embraced CHARbucks because they think it’s the hip thing to do. I wish they’d take the time to try an AUTHENTIC espresso, latte or Capuccino. And NO, a maciato does NOT contain caramel!!!
This is THE perfect place to gather with firends and have a nice calm pesceful time.
