Great pizza!. Tried their pizza today for the first time, and it was realllllly good. I ordered it well done, because I like my cheese a little brown. The dough recipe is great, & it was perfectly crispy.
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion. 3 part story: (do read if you want your lettuce tomato onion)1) Sitting around thinking about this 25$ VIP card I own for Anthony’s Pizza and figured I’d get some wedgies. -WEDGIE -Pick any 3 toppings (comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, dressing or mayonnaise)2) Got my wedgies without lettuce tomato onion but with my three toppings and cheese…3) Ultimately, yeah good deals, friendly staff except for the owner ripping the phone off of the nice lady that I was talking to and screaming at me about the menu he doesn’t even know himself. The DUBV menu online, their paper menu, and their online menu all say comes with lettuce tomato onion. They don’t say it comes with cheese. They didn’t ask me if I wanted LTO on the phone and I assumed that I was getting it. The owner that screamed at me said they have to follow strict orders on the DUBV menus…? yeah so give me LTO.Anyway, when I order an Angus Deluxe at McDonald’s I expect the stuff I see on the picture. So even though it says it comes with lettuce tomato and onion, make sure you put in the specific instructions online, that you want dough, you want it cooked, AND don’t forget, LTO. ps, they said they do this because of allergons, okay, if you’re allergic to cheese make sure you say no cheese because it doesn’t say on the menu anything about cheese.
If you are looking for the thick style pizza this is the place for you. I like the people that are in charge there nice, grate to talk to. We eat there and they came over and talked to use like they know us for years. I like that Anthony’s pizza is in Morgantown GOOD PEOPLE GOOD FOOD
Italian Supreme Sub/ Carne Pizza. This hoagie is phenomenal if you enjoy Italian food. It has: Ham, capicola, salami, pepperoni, suprasatta and hot peppers, lettuce tomatoes, and I highly recommend the house dressing with it. Also, the Carne Pizza is probably the best all meat pizza I’ve ever had. It comes with: Suprasatta, pepperoni, ham, sausage and bacon, and has thin dough, so the best way to eat it is by folding it as you eat. Both are amazing and keep me coming back.
Good pizza is back!. We were huge fans of Mountaineer pizza before they went downhill and totally lamented their demise. But we’re now THRILLED that Anthony’s has opened – their pizza is great! They use quality ingredients, and you can tell when you taste the pizza.. It also doesn’t hurt that they have great specials! If you haven’t, try this place out!
Hands down the best pizza place Morgantown has to offer. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly. It is easily the best neopolitan pie you can get for under $10.
I had it once and they have the best italian hoagies ever. They put sopresata on it, which makes truly makes the hoagie great. The service was phenominal. Its finally good to have a good pizza shop in out neighberhood.
