I’ve ordered from their service multiple times for delivery – whichever service delivers for them they consistently do not deliver the Coconut Moonshine drink. Consistently. They have missed it on the past 6 orders this year! Additionally, calling them is in general unhelpful as they say it is not their fault nor will they say if it was correctly processed and I should call the middle-man service, who then tells me to call them or offers a refund. I have had several other orders have mix ups on the spicyness level and order.I do not recommend ordering delivery from Chaang Thai unless you are expecting an item to be undelivered or are hoping for the wrong item.
I love this place! I eat there everytime I go to Morgantown. Crazy spicey noodles with a side cup of the spice is amazing! This place is a must if you are in the area.
Horrible service with average food.04 Apr, 2014Extremely rude staff, waiters. Not at all courteous. One of them actually pulled away a calling Bell from our table for requesting water refills twice.
It’s ok. Absolutely love their salad with peanut dressing. However, foods tend to be way too salty. Appreciate their student discount for certain dinner menus though.
A Moment out of Morgantown USA. The food was very fresh. I ate outside on the patio and it was absolutely lovely. Service was excellent. I would like to go back during the evening when I imagine the lights are beautiful on the patio. As I exited the patio and walked toward the front, I really did have the feeling that I had left High Street Morgantown USA.
What’s up with the menu?. First of all, the food is good. I’ve been here multiple times and everything I’ve tried was fresh and well prepared. The service is weird, multiple people bring you things all the time, I don’t know if anyone is truly your server. Am I tipping the entire staff? The menu is a hot mess, there are so many items and it’s spread out all over the place that it’s hard to make heads or tails of. Like most Asian restaurants, they simply have too many items on the menu. This is usually a sign that the quality may suffer, but they’ve seemed to not have that issue. Prices are mediocre. My wife loves the Pad Thai noodles.
