Good Sandwich, Nice People. I ordered a #2 sandwich, turkey and ham on wheat with cheddar, candied bacon and Jamaican mayo. The sandwich is huge. I only needed to eat half and the sandwich came with chips, tons of chips, i got salt and vinegar flavor. The sandwich was delicious, over an inch of meat on there and the candied bacon was extra special. Everything was fresh tasting. The mayo was good, but there was a lot of it, too much really, since it was squirting out all over the place. Next time I would get the mayo on the side. The chips were good, kind of greasy, but homemade chips are usually that way. The salt and vinegar flavor was subtle, but still enjoyable. They were very accommodating, since my 3 year old will only eat grilled cheese sandwiches, they made him a very nice one and he loved it. and that sandwich is not even on the menu. Delivery took about 45 minutes, which i wish was a bit shorter, but with traffic on Beechhurst Ave, I could understand. Overall, I was very happy with my meal and I will order again.
Chips were meh. Just a quick review. The sandwich was good, but as previous poster had stated. The chips that come with it needs work. I know that the chips were seasoned with whatever flavor we requested, but it is not seasoned enough. I ordered the salt and vinegar, and honestly it lacked both flavors. Salt and vinegar is supposed to be loud and bold. This was not.
Ok food.. I had it delivered to my house. It was sad that the directions that I wrote never made it to the elivery guy as he had to call me and ask me to repeat everything. Food was warm when it arrived and was fairly good. I did not liek the chips included. The sweet potato tots were a little noncrispy. It is hard to get sweetpotato correct though. Wings were a little rubbery and could have been cooked longer. Also noticed someone mentioned that on facebook. I had a sandshich that was good. One of the only ones with out cheez whiz. 🙂 The buffalo sauce on it was good and next time I know to ask for more.
