First off, i love their calzones! buffalo chicken, sports, etc. As with another review i read here, they have twice forgot my food WHILE I WAS THERE. How about walking out of the back and saying the name on the order? Ever been to Starbucks? The staff here acts like they could give a rip. An email to corporate got me two apology offers from the owner. I’d rather see a closer eye kept on the business. I’ll still order again because I like it.
Will never order from here again. Waited 45 minutes and received my food stone cold AND the delivery guy was very rude.
I always enjoyed d p dough up until July 23, 2011. I ordered a calzone from there around 9:18 pm and did not receive it until one hour and 36 minutes later. The lady delivering did not apologize, and I’d already called the restaurant about 20 minutes earlier asking if they knew where it was because the delivery person had called me at 9:51 wondering where I was located. When I called once I had got my food, and it wasn’t warm at all ( not ice cold more like room temp), a lady manager I assume came onto the phone. She did not apologize and showed me attitude. I used to sometimes order from there a few times a week. If you ever order from there pick it up yourself! Although be warned, I once waited over 30 minutes in their establishment because they forgot about my order! D p dough has gone down hill under the new management from years ago unfortunately…

Bland and cardboardy. I ordered their Tow Zone calzone and it was dry and bland. It really had no taste at all. At least not that I can remember in retrospect. So on that note I suppose it’s neither good nor bad. Just, well, it’s a food-like substance that will fill you up when eaten in sufficient quantities.I forget what my boyfriend got but he didn’t think much of it either. I really don’t think we’ll be ordering there again in the near future.(And to those who have read my other reviews, no, I don’t *always* eat cheesesteak stuff. In fact, I rarely do. Really! :p)
Options. Calzones stuffed with everything from chicken parmigiania to spinach and feta. There are a huge number of options for ingredients in these humongous, filling ‘zones. Open very late for the student crowd. The store can get a bit obnozious on Friday and Saturday nights, but the food is always tasty.
