Terrible Service!. The Dairy Queen on High Street has terrible service ever since it was sold to new owners. We waited 20 minutes for ice cream last night while watching others that came after us receive their orders. I asked them about our order twice and was told it was being made. After another 5 minutes I asked for a refund. We won’t be returning. Sad!
Ever since this Dairy Queen has changed ownership it is HORRIBLE. Or I guess you could say the substandard service you could expect from any other large chain. They took away all the specialty blizzards and are VERY SKIMPY on the candy. So basically what I ended up with was ice cream soup and three mini pretzels. Not worth the $4 they charge for a small blizzard.

Best Dairy Queen Around. I know the owners of this DQ, and they work at the restaurant and truly care about the experience of their customers. Not that there could ever be a bad experience at DQ to begin with! Bill makes up daring new flavors for cold treats not on the standard DQ menu, and they are outstanding. They only have peach blizzards and milkshakes when fresh peaches are in season. The only downside is that this DQ doesn’t offer food!
Like no other DQ. I don’t know what they do, but this DQ’s ice cream is thrilling–and I don’t like softserve ice cream! I’d rather go here than any other place in Morgantown. My second choice: Breyer’s Vanilla.
