Aaaaack. After living in California and Colorado, I can tell you this is gringo food. It tastes like frozen dinners.
This place is good but Aztec in Uniontown is sooo much better
If you like Mexican food and Mexican decorations, but want a step up from Taco Bell, this place is it. Tasty food, fun atmosphere, and they sell mints for 25 cents at the check out. Try the margaritas!
I recently went there with my girlfriend, we realized we had gotten there about five minutes to closing time. Not wanting to be rude we were about to leave, when they assured us it was no problem and we had a great Mexican meal.
You call that a Margarita?. I was not impressed with the food at this restaurant or the Margaritas. They tasted super watered down, I don’t think they are made fresh, like they just make a huge vat of margaritas and serve from that. And the food just doesn’t compare with some other Mexican Food restaurants. The flavors all blend together and nothing really pops…everything on the menu is different combinations of basically the same mush. Coming from Silver Spring, MD this restaurants is just poor quality food compared to many back in my home town. Morgantown needs a better selection of Mexican Restaurants.
Bland Mexican food. It’s seems as though the food at this restaurant is created by Gringos rather than Hispanics. I ordered the beef enchiladas and not only was the filling not what I expected (ground beef rather than shredded beef), but it was flavorless, as was the enchilada sauce, with not even a Taco Bell hint of seasoning (not to say that’s a good thing). The chips were stale and the salsa was practically as bland as the enchiladas.
