Paying for nothing. We’ve given Pizza Al’s chance time and time again, and I’ve given up on them. The pizza has a grainy taste..like total parmesan..we had to elimate asking for sauce, when the pizza kept arriving so wet and sloppy, we couldn’t stand it. The antipasto…today’s, especially, have no right to be called an antipasto…limited meat and cheese; no olives; no onions; two pieces of tomato (in a large salad)..and nothing else that would truly make it an antipasto. You want a real antipasto..stocked full of something besides lettuce, go to Colasante’s. Their pizza is 10 x better..you can order additions like broccoli…onions, exrra meat and cheese, and they’ll be on the pizza. Extra meat at Al’s is like getting 2 pieces of pepperoni..what is it with these people that they can’t even give you a normal amount of cheese/peperoni on a pizza (and definitely not in an antipasto)…but I’m tired of being ripped off. College students might ignore the fact that they’re paying for dough (and sauce..if you can stand the sauce), but I’ve had it with being ripped off by this real Italian pizzeria. Again, go to Colasante’s..sit down and order a pie hot..and compare…there is no comparison…I wish there was a chain of Colasante’s out towards Cheat Lake. We’ll never order Pizza Al’s again..and if anyone cared about getting something besides dough to stuff their faces, they wouldn’t order Pizza Al’s again, either. Blog all you want..I gave them many chances to up their pie..they couldn’t..you are beging totally ripped off by a dough maker..who is feeding you dough..no matter how many toppings you pay for..tell me who the stupid one is?
