Wow! Ive been a loyal customer obviously because the food is good. However, tonight I placed a takeout order for my family of 4. Picked up the order and got home with only 3 dinners. I called back to tell them of the mess up. The girl on the phone actually asked if I wanted another one made. I just paid $47 and received only part of my order. I said Yes! When I got back home (for the 2nd time), I found out 2 of the dinners were missing 1/3 of the actually entree. So to recap, only received 3 out 4 dinners and 2 entrees were missing food. I read a review from 4 yrs ago and relieved basically they had the same experience only they ate in the restaurant. I guess they dont feel they need to change up their customer service. I wont be back.
