Awful service. Came here with a group and we each got our food about 25 minutes apart. The waitresses were rude. The kitchen didn’t de-vein the shrimp so we had to eat shrimp sh**. I found out a few days later they committed CREDIT CARD THEFT by changing the tip on the receipt. When we confronted them about the theft and asked to talk to the manager, they started laughing and said there was no manager. My friends and I will never eat here again. Chaang Thai is much better.
Worst service. Took 50 minutes to serve vegetable fried rice after reminding the server couple of times. Didn’t maintain the spice level; ordered for spice level 1 (lowest), but the food was too spicy (must be 3 in a scale of 4), couldn’t finish it. Thai iced tea was even worse. It’s like regular homemade tea with lots of sugar and creamer. Reported this while paying, server said sorry, but the manager didn’t care. Won’t go again.

The food is decent but I’ve been there twice and they can’t get their act together with service. Everyone’s dish came out at different times. On my second visit, they ran out of both appetizers I wanted, so I skipped an appetizer, and then they brought my main dish out after everyone else at the table had finished their food. They try to excuse it as this is Thai style service, but I have been to other Thai restaurants that have far better food and can serve a packed restaurant quickly. I will not return until they figure out how to serve food in a timely manner to the entire table.
Service very bad. We had a table of 4, but they only brought 2 waters! When food finally arrived, 3 meals arrived with no explanation of where the 4th meal was. Food was dry and bland. Ask for more sauce for pad see ew and waitress brought out straight soy. Wont be going back.
Food is very good and staff is very kind. As they get started, they have become very popular very quickly and they are still figuring out how to handle the traffic. As a result, wait times for food have been excruciatingly long (both during dine-in and during take-out), but I am expecting that will get better as they get their feet under them. The parking situation is a little odd for Morgantown (just like it was in the previous locations), so just be careful as you cross University Ave.
