Went there last year and was surprised at how great the burgers were. Most walk-up style places are not quite at this high of a quality level. Cool and fun retro decor and some games!
57 Chevy. It is the perfect burger for when you can’t decide if you would like Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner…Love it!
I like the food but it’s not worth the bad service. I called in an order for delivery on a Monday night and waited two hours for it to arrive. When it did arrive my hamburger and fries were actually cold, not room temp, and soggy. I used to love tailpipes but it’s not worth the money and time if the service stays this terrible.
Best burgers in Morgantown. Absolutely the best Burgers in town. Many options for burgers. Best black bean burger-Wife, not me, I’m still a T-Rex, give me the meaty burger. Have tried just about all of the choices and many of their daily specials. Fried green tomatoes, sweet potato fries, regular fries, thick milk shakes, all excellent. Not a fast food joint but fast and friendly service even when they are busy. Never had a bad meal here. Hippies use side entrance!

What Burgers Should Aspire to Be. There’s 3 things I love about Tailpipes: the Atmosphere of the Restaurant itself, the Personality of the whole package, and the FLAVORS of the food!!Typically I would only order burgers occasionally when going out because everywhere you’d go you’d see cookie cutter burgers all with slight variations (regular cheeseburgers, Smokehouse/BBQ, etc etc). Tailpipes changed all of that. The originality of their menu is refreshing, the options have given me a chance to step outside of my comfort zone, and everything ive ordered has been delicious. Some of my personal favorites are The Barracuda, the awesome fries and sauce (huge improvement over the original Tailpipes fries), and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and S’Mores shakes which are impossible to put down once taking a sip. I also recommend finding a favorite and then switching the burger to chicken as ive tried on many occasions as well.Atmosphere is great and welcoming and i love the constant effort of Tailpipes to become more friendly and professional without sacrificing that which makes them different. For example, theres now Tailpipes kids coloring books there. HA thats great. I for one think the employees there have been nothing but wonderful in my experiences and ive had no issues. Lastly, MAKE SURE TO LOOK OUT FOR THEIR SPECIALS. I had a Bahn Mi Burger which is one of the single best burgers ive had in my life. It was killer. This is the kind of thing youd expect to see on Diner’s, Driveins, and Dives. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
Yum!. Everything I’ve had there is good: burgers, shakes and fries. Not sure if they still offer, but used to have bison and turkey burgers before the prices became outrageous. I like how the menu isn’t cookie cutter.
