After waiting 20 minutes to get seated, our server – a nice manager – informed us they were very short-staffed. We placed our drink order a few minutes later, but we couldn’t place our food order when our drinks were brought; it was about 15 minutes before we could. Our appetizer sampler ($13) came out about 20 minutes later. The mac ‘n’ cheese bites were good, the pickles and onion rings were OK, and the shrimp tasted like cheap frozen popcorn shrimp.It took us 40 minutes after finishing our appetizer to get our entres: a burger and fries ($11), a chef salad ($9), and a quesadilla ($7) and side of fries ($3). That side of fries was forgotten, and the quesadilla was inedible. The chicken on it was gray, watery, and had an odd smell. There was a small amount of brownish fixed tomato, and there was almost no cheese visible. The manager serving us said he took it to the chef and took it off of the bill.The staff was very nice but overwhelmed, the food ranged from OK to awful, and the time to eat – two hours from seating to bill – was ridiculous.

Grilled chiken sandwich its chicken is grilled to the right temperature and you can add any cheese you like. Topped with fries on the side. Very delicious
Amazing Food!. The last time I was at First Turn I was waited on by this delightful ginger-headed boy. He seemed really eager to provide great quality service. The wait was pretty rediculous (30 minutes), but the quality of my food was totally worth the wait. My ribeye was probabally one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ll definately be a repeat customer.

I have never waited so long for a meal at a restaurant. Service was pretty poor and the food was mediocre – definitely not tasty enough to make up for the wait.
Terrible terrible service!!! Not good food. Order came out about 15 minutes difference. Waitress was awful!
