The hostess was ABSOLUTELY so rude! She practically yelled at my sister in law who was holding two kids. Then when she sat us we said we did not need the extra high chair but thank you and then she RIPPED the high chair out of our hands. Then she turned to another person and said PLEASE give this to them I can’t deal with these people. THEN the manager told us that he was going to give us free appetizers and NOTHING CAME!!!! It took us an hour to get our food. AND we had NO SILVERWARE. It was probably because the hostess couldn’t handle people…..

Great Service!. Applebee’s is great service and great food for the price! They have this host named Matthew and he is the most courteous person my family has ever met. He seats us with the best servers and lets us know about happy hour specials and features of the day! He’s a grand fellow.
