Great night out. My fiance and I have had the Apollon on our list for a while and decided to check it out on Friday. We were quite impressed. unlike anything we’ve ever experienced in the Valley before. the service was excellent and the food was amazing. We had grilled haloumi for an appetizer, she had the stuffed grouper, which was excellent. I had braised lamb shanks. the house soup and salad were both delicious. perfect portions, we left thoroughly satisfied. I am definitely going back. it is expensive by my meager standards but I definitely felt it was worth it. be sure to make reservations, we made reservations Monday for Friday. several groups were turned away due to the restauraunt being full.
