I wouldnt say it was bad by any stretch. Actually started off very well. I walked into the bar area and bellied up to the rail in one of two seats left. The bartender non only immediately greeted me, but came around and removed the chair that was obviously causing some cramped quarters. He took my drink order, which was very easy since I spotted Smithwicks on the tap tower. Gave me a menu and time to look it over. I ordered Garlic Chicken with broccoli & a side salad. In the interim, I tried a sample of another beer I was curious of visible on the tap tower. Approved via my next round. Food came and all in all I have to say was very good. I quickly finished my first beer shortly after my food arrived. Set my empty glass down and slid it to the edge of the bar so it would be in plain view. My guy even looked at it and did a double take like he was going to take are of it. Instead, he stood there and continued a conversation with a regular/former employee and let my empty glass sit there. Mind you, this really did not bother me at first. I get it. You are engaged in conversation and just need an appropriate moment to disengage. A last I lost patience after ten minutes. Picked up my glass and subtly waved it so he would notice. Not that he couldnt, standing two feet away. Got me another beer and his distraction happened to pay up and move along. Still a good experience when taken in totality, but could have been better with a little more focus on all of the guests. Summary is that this a hot or miss. Your experience may be great, or just average. Either way, I believe it is worth a shot, at least one.

Best happy hour- free nachos and cheese with beef and wings with 5 different sauces and half price drinks. Get there early cause it gets really busy and they can’t keep up with the free food. The food isn’t the greatest otherwise.

Out of product????. Tonight we took friends to Beefeaters for dinner. We have eaten at the resteraunt severa times in the past on week nights and found the food and service wonderful. Tonight however was a disaster. The ladies ordered the prime rib special and my buddy wgo loves fresh vegatables wanted a side of steamed broccoili. Sad to say the business was out of prime rib and broccoili, and dinner was just under way a bit over an hour. The waitress explained that they often run out of product well before the dinner hour is over. Beefeaters is a steak house how can they be out of steak on one of the busiest days of the week.I would think twice before I take anyone else to this establishment and drop over $45 on a meal that fell well short of what was ordered and expected. The folks at Good Company really dropped the ball this time.

I like Beefeater’s fish and chips, I order it almost everytime. Good food, moderately priced, and consistent service keeps me coming back.

If They Sold Their Scones…. I would buy them by the dozen. So delicious! When we first sat down, we found the decor and atmosphere alright, the waitstaff friendly enough, and the scones a little bit o’ heaven on Earth. We had high hopes. Then the food came. When first eating somewhere new, we usually ordered two mains and split them both to get two samples of the food. This time we got a grilled chicken sandwich and a bourbon glazed cheeseburger. The waitress assured me their potatoes would blow my mind. And oh, they did. It blew my mind how bad they were. They were essentially the nastiest flaked potatoes I’ve ever eaten with some herbs on top. The chicken and burger were both dry, and very flavorless. Yes, you read that right – a flavorless bourbon glazed burger. In the end, the scones stole the show, but they were the only saving grace. We won’t go back, but I may dream of those scones.

Nice place, good food.. I don’t know traditional English food so I can’t speak to its authenticity, but the food I’ve eaten there has been good. Prices are average to high. This company has three places in the valley (good company and pullmans) and some of the food tastes the same between the places. It’s still good so I’ll give them a break.
