Worst Chinese Buffet in Town. First of all one adult dinner buffet is $10.50, and it’s awful. The only food that was any good were the crab rangoon’s, the pepper chicken, the soft serve ice cream wasn’t bad, and the cantaloupe off of the salad bar. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless you like scavenging for food for nearly $11.

Absolute worst buffet I’ve ever been too. I used to like this place, and I took my kids there tonight. We were all severely disappointed. I won’t return there. Way over priced and the food was sickening. I can’t say one good thing about the place in regards to its food. The waitress was nice, but that’s about it for positives from me.
You can’t really expect much from a Chinese buffet, but this place sucks. The two times I’ve been were just disappointing. The most recent time I went was on a Sunday at lunch time, and the food was stale and cold. The only thing that was good was the cream cheese rangoons. You pay before you eat, it’s overpriced for what you get, and overall a weird and unpleasant experience. I’ll never go back.
I decided to give China Buffet a try for dinner tonight with my children. We weren’t impressed. The staff was nice and attentive in clearing the plates, and there was a nice selection, but the food was lacking in flavor. I didn’t check my soda glass before I filled it and felt a big wad of paper floating in it as I put the straw in. The ice cream tasted freezer burned. It was a bit expensive for what we got, and we won’t be back.
Best in Appleton. I wanted to write this because it’s a favorite of mine. The staff are nice. The food is always hot! You get your own drinks. They clear your plates asap when done. The food is great. I just wish they had more pork or beef. Lot’s of chicken on the buffet. The salad bar is awesome too. They keep the buffet area cleaned as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. Even with being a self service, i always leave a little tip because they keep your table clean.
BLAH!. We recently ate at this buffet over the weekend. It was a most unpleasant experience. The food had no flavor, just gravy and vegetables that were not even cooked. They were all raw not tender crisp and even the mushrooms were over firm. The buffet itself was kept at a minimal state meaning, the bottom of the holding food trays were visible even though the restaurant had maybe 12-15 people max in it. What skeeved me out the most was the fact that I had to share the soy sauce bottle with everyone in the restaurant, the bottle itself was greasy as well. There should be bottoles on every table. My family ended up leaving the establishment with full plates of food due to lack of flavor, rawness of the vegetables and the overall appreance and feel of less than caring. We won’t go back.
