Very nicely designed facility that retains hints of the buildings historical significance. Great views of the Fox River offer a picturesque backdrop to enjoy a nice meal. The food was good, service stepped up after a minor hiccup but overall a very nice experience. The Sausage Ragu Pasta was very good. Of course we had to try the Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds and they were delicious.
First restaurant I went to when I moved to the valley 5 yrs ago. Great then, but deteriorating. Wait staff are college kids who don’t know service and for the presumptuous pricing with deteriorating food quality you’re better off driving to the Fratellos in Oshkosh with better pricing/food/and brew-pub beer. Appleton location has great atmosphere, but quality and service are NOT worth their expensive pricing.
