We wanted to enjoy an evening on a patio in Appleton. Monday nightWe should have left right from the start. It was bad from the time we arrived until the time we left. With the other options in the area we would never go back to Pullmans. Our server was Cody and he gave the worst service I have ever received, Rude and not trained well.From1- bringing bread without butter and when we ask he still never brought over.2- forgot to put order in and it took 1 hr. to get entrees, to bringing the wrong drink and having to replace it not once but twice.3- getting a microwaved piece of pre-bought & pre-cooked chicken breast with bought marinara sauce.4- had to ask for twice for bill5- to letting him no that we received bad service and his commit was sorry felt that you got bad service.Management and owners should look at the service side of there business first and then work on making products rather then buying pre-made products from Sysco or other broadline suppliers.
