My husband and I went here for dinner. The server was nice but could have been more knowledgeable about helping us make selections because there are so many choices on the menu. The portions were HUGE…we could have split a dish and still had leftovers. I would go back, but my husband probably won’t.
Talk about quick, nice service. Good was good for the great price. Prices were crazy good for the portion u got. Tried the app’s, pasta and sandwiches all were Yummy. Would eat again.
Amazing!!. My husband and I made our annual trip to Appleton/Green Bay for our anniversary Packer game. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Appleton and stumbled upon Victoria’s – what a great find! The food was absolutely incredible with large portions, and some of the most flavorful Italian food we have ever had. The menu is extensive, and we are looking forward to coming back on our next visit. Our server, Aaron, was phenomenal. He provided great service and had a fun sense of humor. It was clear the entire staff was very professional!We highly recommend Victoria’s and cannot wait to go back!!
Out Of Towners. Victoria’s has a great reputation around here & when we went we were not impressed. We’ve been twice. Good music over the speakers, but we expected a great place because of all the rave but we won’t be back.
Anything but authentic. Portions are huge, but they’re anything but authentic italian. The sauces are all pre-made, so vegetables are over cooked and flavors don’t meld. Garlic is processed. Parmesan cheese if from a can. And the pasta is pre-cooked. Flavors are ‘eh’ because the food is typical restaurant cooking. Pump out large volumes. There’s nothing truly italian about this food. You can do better.
Service Slow. We brought our chidren to restaurant for birthday. As was midweek, we were only customers in room. Apparently there was a larger group/event in another room so we did not see our server or food for quite some time. After taking our food order, server disappeared, only to reappear every 10-15 minutes to let us know our order was in kitchen but they were tending to the group of 40. Our dinner was a disappointment & manager never appeared, nor offered any consolation for poor service.
Really?. I can’t believe so many people rate Victoria’s so highly and take so many out-of-towners there. The portions are gigantic, the garlic is obviously preserved (not fresh = heartburn!), the menu is out of control, and the flavors aren’t put together in the right proportions. Just an overall dud. The only thing Victoria’s has going for it is good service.
