Horrible Experience and Management did NOT care. Another couple and I went to celebrate our birthdays. It was the first time there for my husband and I. The waitress and Georgia the hostess knew this fact too. I ordered the King Crab legs while the rest of the group had steaks. The crab legs were served with so much paprika on them, it was difficult to eat the meal. I was finally able to get the waitress’ attention after eating three out of eight crab legs. I told her the problem and she said she would send the manager over. Meanwhile, Georgia (hostess) rushed over to be a reserved sign on our table for the next dinner service. The manager came over and I told him the issue. He mentioned that is did seem to be a lot of paprika. His solution was to have the chef make me more legs. We did not have time and we had already felt rushed since the reserve sign was put on our table for the next party. The crab legs were $98 and the whole experience was disenchanting and management did not seem to care. It was a special event celebrating birthdays and we left feeling horrible. We will not be back.
Worst steakhouse. I’ve eaten a lot of steaks and this was the absolute worst cut of meat. It was also cooked in their style of ‘charred’ which is more than a char, it is burnt on the outer layer. Then it is set in au jus. If you know steak, you know a good piece of meat does not require any sauce. Overpriced and not edible. My 7 year old ( who eats good steak cuts) said it was terrible & too chewy. Wasted a lot of money here. Not worth any hype.
The filet was tough and could barely be cut with the steak knife they gave us. The owner is rude as usual. It just hasn’t been the same since Ted left. Too bad
This was my worse experience at a restaurant ever. The waitress had no clue what she was doing, they over charged us, they got our order wrong, the owner is very rude, and has no idea what customer service is. If you’re looking for a great steak and good customer service, I would recommend Eddie Martinis.
Over priced. I had the fillet Mignon one time and although I’m not a steak person, it was good. Then I had the ribs the second time around. Even better. Reservations are recommended. Definitely overrated to me. Most steaks went for $50 an entree. When you enter the restaurant they make you sit at the bar and buy a drink or two before you can get seated even if your table is ready. I didn’t mind. What I thought was weird was that they really put your food in a doggie bag lol. They would literally drop your steak in a plastic bag and put it in a brown paper bag instead of a container.
Extremely disappointed with the food and ambiance. My steak was literally charred and well done instead of medium. This restaurant is overrated and overpriced big time and the decor is that of the 70’ies.
Yummm. Had the porterhouse and it was juicy and delicious. I felt like I shouldn’t have but I wanted more because it was so good but I picked it up and actually ate right off the bone. I recommend.
