One Of The Best. Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever dined at and I’ve dined at well over 50 so far in my life. The blended margarita’s are out of this world!!! Love all of the Tapas and the chile relleno is my favorite dinner dish. The only complaint I have is that they don’t serve complimentary chips and salsa. I feel it’s a huge mistake for them. Salt from the chips keeps the drinks flowing and the customers happy. It’s Mexican restaurant ownership 101!
Awesome Mexican Food. Girlfriend and I tried this place for lunch today, turned out to be an excellent choice. Great food, good service, cozy atmosphere, excellent sangria.
The margaritas were strong! That is not a complaint! Disappointed that I wasn’t greeted with chips & salsa, but we did purchase them qith guacamole. The guacamole was really good. Had the enchiladas looked a lpt better than they tasted and were cold. Will go back to drink but not eat.
Disappointing…Perhaps it was the day we went?. Went a few weeks ago on a Sunday with my parents and girlfriend after wanting to check this place out for months. Overall, the food was bland, the portions very small, and both my girlfriend’s an my entrees were cold upon arrival to the table. I ordered pork as my protein with my green pumpkin seed mole and it tasted gamey, as if it had gone bad. I’m willing to chalk this up experience to us going on a slow Sunday afternoon, but when we both got sick within a few hours of our meal, I’m unlikely to give this place a second chance.
Good food, but not hot (temp) enough. Food was very good, although a little pricey. Nice atmosphere, okay service. Problem that seemed consistent was that my enchiladas were luke warm when arriving at our table. I mentioned they were not hot, and the waiter didn’t make a big deal out of it. Next time, when I ordered my enchiladas, told the waitress last time dish wasn’t hot, was luke warm. She said she would make sure it was hot. Came to table warm, not hot again. Didn’t bother saying anything, but haven’t been back. I don’t know if 1. they think enchiladas are supposed to be luke warm when served. 2. they have a problem with their oven? yikes…
The food is really flavorful, well-prepared, unique and priced appropriately. The service is always great as the wait staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Milwaukee.
Worst meal I’ve had in years. Nothing on the menu had any flavor at all. Everything was so incredibly bland. Overpriced. Watered down. Very disappointed…
