Excellent sushi/sashimi and reasonable prices. Ginza transformed the strip mall location of the former Vietnamese restaurant into a sleek and much more sophisticated dining experience, unrecognizable from the former space. We dined in three times and ordered takeout once. Each time the service was excellent and the sushi very fresh and beautifully prepared. The sushi and sashimi plates are generous and include a nice variety of fish. Their Fan theFflame special roll, is a favorite. They also have a full bar.
